Braving the threat of rain in the high 30’s a solid group departs into an 8 mph south wind. Several sets of cooked legs kept the pace manageable allowing us to settle into a nice tempo/endurance pace.
Don joins us since all the trails are too wet to ride and Big Jay fresh off his category-winning effort at Sebring (310 miles) with 100+ in his legs from yesterday and 100+ more planned for today:
