Feeling puny and tired I skipped the AM group ride and wound up riding with 15,389 Jay in the afternoon. Fresh off his 120 miler yesterday he promised to take it easy on me for 30ish of his 60 for today. Temps in the low 40’s and just enough wind from the W to make it hurt.
